Our T&C's 

Delivery - We aim to delivery your purchase within 14 working days from order, however please contact us to find out the current timeframe. We deliver your building using our own internal service please contact us to obtain a delivery quote. We also offer an installation service all over the U.K.

Refund / Cancelations - We are a bespoke company everything is built to order, we are unable to make changes to your order 7 working days from your delivery date. All deposits are Non refundable. If in the unlikely event that your building is faulty on delivery we will repair/exchange your building. If we are unable to repair/exchange your building we will provide a refund. 

If Heritage are installing your building - It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure a flat level base is prepared and ready on the day of delivery. We also need a clear access to your base. We ask for an 8FT hight clearance we can work round this but will need to be told by you at the point of order. We need to also ensure that our team is safe please mention any obstacles they may face at the point of order. Our delivery / Fitting team are unable to complete bases. Unprepared or unsuitable bases or unsafe carry conditions will result in the building being delivered only. 

When placing your order please make sure you have ordered the correct size and specifications as we build all buildings bespoke and will have to pay for any changes if within 7 working days from your delivery date.
